Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Peyote Brandy
1 oz Crème de cacao/ Kahlua
1 oz cream
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake 2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe glass 3. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
PEAR necessities
Ingredients:
2 oz Peyote Brandy
4 sprigs mint
1 teaspoon sugar or simple syrup
1 oz club soda
Garnish: orange slice/ maraschino cherry
Directions:
1. Muddle the mint, sugar (or syrup), and club soda in an old-fashioned glass 2. Fill the glass with ice cubes 3. Add the Peyote and stir well 4. Garnish with orange slice and cherry
Pey-o-tea
Ingredients:
1 part Peyote
1 part cranberry juice
Splash of ginger ale
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice and stir until chilled 2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
